Canterbury at Michigan State University
A warm welcome to all new students!

Congratulations on being accepted to Michigan State University and on your good sense in deciding to come here!  It’s a great place and we’re sure you’ll love being here.

We want you to know about Canterbury at Michigan State University – a welcoming and friendly community of Christians at MSU who would like you to join us.  Your college years are a time for you to explore what you believe and why.  We are not out to convert you to any particular way of believing, but we are out to help you in your own spiritual journey by giving you the freedom to explore and question.

We gather on Sunday evenings at All Saints' Church on Abbott Road in East Lansing.  We celebrate together our service of Holy Eucharist at 5 PM. Students serve as layreaders, acolytes, and musicians for this service.  Do join us and bring a friend with you.

We also hope you’ll join us after our Sunday evening service for a  free home-cooked dinner and conversation.

Finally, we want you to know that, whether you ever join us for worship at all, you are always welcome to call or e-mail our chaplain, Rev. Sarah Midzalkowski, if you have questions about faith, would like to talk about anything, or if you need any kind of help with anything.

Please tell us who you are so Chaplain Sarah can send you a personal greeting to welcome you to Michigan State.  E-mail us your home address by clicking here.

Have a great summer and come see us when you get here!
